We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your ride, you can return it for a full refund, provided the bicycle is in its original condition and packaging.

Do you offer a warranty on your frames and components?

Yes, every Bluejay Bicycle comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year limited warranty on all original components and electrical parts against manufacturing defects.

How long does shipping take within the United States?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your bicycle leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
